Let’s talk about downtime.
May was the only month until the end of this year that I didn’t have to travel - so I took that month to do lots of relaxing, resting, and reconnect with myself. We all have to have quiet time with ourselves, and downtime for our brain. I say it a lot - because it’s so important. Taking time to be still and check in with yourself will gas your spirit up for all the things you have to do.
So take some time to give your worrying brain some rest, OK?
